LOL - my planning papers look exactly like yours!! Sometimes they float around with no name, no date and become mystery bits. BTW I graduated from B'ville - class of '61.
Planning? You mean you're supposed to plan? Oh my. I audition fabrics and go with my gut feelings on everything I do. I find it difficult to even follow a pattern much less draw one of my own. I admire people who are organized.
